Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a proposal, invoice, or written communication ("Service Scope").
Anything not explicitly listed is not included.
By submitting payment through Stripe, Client agrees to be bound by these Terms in full.

Marketing results depend on variables outside our control, including market conditions, platforms, budgets, creatives, and client responsiveness.
Client acknowledges they are paying for execution and systems, not guaranteed outcomes.

Vora Collective is not responsible for delays or poor performance caused by Client actions or inaction.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Due to the nature of marketing services—including time, strategy, and creative labor—no refunds are issued for completed work or time reserved.
Vora Collective may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, CRMs, hosting providers). We are not responsible for:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vora Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client in the most recent billing period.
Vora Collective operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
